Denton MEP offers a one stop shop for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering services in all . The company was founded by Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. in January of 2011, who has since assembled a team of proficient designers to collectively produce MEP designs, find solutions, and assist clients in navigating through bureaucratic permitting processes. We are fully invested in our projects from the first Architectural Drawings through the contractor’s implementation all the way to the business’s opening day. We understand the need to get your business up and running as quickly as possible and we are happy to be a friendly and reliable resource every step of the way!

Services
We offer full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing permit drawings as well as energy calculations (ComCheck and Title 24) for commercial properties. We provide additional itemized services including, but not limited to, HVAC load calculations, fault current calculations, panel load calculations, water service calculations, photometrics, and site surveys. We also offer lease review services to ensure that a lease is fair for our client prior to our client signing it. Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. will also peer review and plan review services to check for code compliance for other engineers and for municipalities.
Design Capabilities
Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. is licensed in all 50 states of the United States and his Denton MEP team is comprised of experienced designers in both AutoCad and Revit. Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. obtained his Mechanical P.E. license in Texas in 2008 and his Electrical P.E. license in Texas in 2009. Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. is the Engineer of record on over 2,000 projects ranging from small businesses to corporate rollouts to industrial facilities.
