In 1985, Cici’s opened its doors for the very first time in Plano, Texas and today, they’ve grown to over 450 restaurants in 32 states. Peter A. Leptuch, P.E. is the Engineer of record on 45* of those restaurants in 12* states including a corporate office test kitchen. Our designs of MEP systems for Cici’s over the years has helped develop a reputation of consistency with the storied pizza buffet franchise.
